Shipping

Free shipping applies to every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment, Monday through Friday.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4-8 days. These are estimates rather than guarantees: carrier volume, weather and remote delivery areas can add time, and in rare cases a package can take up to about 15 days to arrive.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the carrier's tracking to update. Double-check your address at checkout; if you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away and we will try to correct it before the package leaves.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, and we will reply with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, write to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and attach a photo. A replacement or full refund follows, with return shipping covered by us.
